We had a fun evening celebrating Daddy's 35th birthday! We went to dinner at the RAM, attended the Reflections district art show for Clara's project, and came home and celebrated with some fun gifts.

The following week we piled in the car and made the trek to Manzanita. Carol had come down the week before and was enjoying beautiful beach weather. With Kevin's billable hours schedule, early in the new year is a pretty good time to squeeze in a little vacation. What a treat it was!!
We spent some great days on the beach soaking up the sun. The weather was better than we get some summer days and we all sucked up the much-needed outdoor time! Kevin got in a round of golf with his Uncle Chuck, we had ice cream, worked jigsaw puzzles and played games. It was a blissful weekend away and we are so fortunate to have the beach house to escape to!
